M&P Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that offers a full array of design, planning and construction evaluation services, which allows us to develop a comprehensive approach to meet each client’s specific needs. Over the past seven years, partners Paul Olszewski, Mike Olszewski, John Legnetto, Joe Durand, and Tom Trytek have worked together on various design, construction, and surveying projects. M&P Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington D.C. Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and Wisconsin.
We see each project as a new challenge and apply the same attention to detail, regardless of the project size. Partner
Michael Olszewski is a partner of M&P Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Master’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Michael worked as a Structural Engineer in Syracuse New York with experience in various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Michael is a professional engineer licensed to practice in the states of New York, New Jersey, Viriginia. North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Texas.
Paul Olszewski, P.L.S.
Partner
Paul James Olszewski is a partner of M&P Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC. He is a licensed land surveyor in New York State who formed his business in 1996. At this time, he became a member of The New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS). He has over 20 years of experience working for the New York State Department of Transportation. He was involved in all phases of construction, design, and survey at the Department of Transportation. Paul is a retired veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the civil engineering squadron for over 20 years.
John Legnetto, P.L.S.

John Legnetto is a partner of M&P Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC. He is a dedicated land surveyor specializing in Survey Vertical and Horizontal Control, Boundary Surveys, Engineering Surveys, Railroad Property Line Surveys, Flood Elevation Studies, Topographic Surveys, Planimetric Surveys, Bathymetric Surveys, Construction Surveys, High-Definition Laser Scanning, Crime Scene Recreation, Lidar, and Drone Photogrammetry. John is a licensed land surveyor in New York State and a member of The New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS).

Joseph Durand is a partner of M&P Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Joe is a trusted engineer with experience in Municipal Engineering, Site Development, Hydraulics/Hydrology/Drainage, Environmental, Wastewater, Marine Construction, Pipeline & Fueling Systems, Geotechnical, and Structural/Forensics. Joe is a professional engineer licensed to practice in New York and Florida, and in compliance with all state mandates requiring the performance of continuing education programs.

Thomas Trytek is a partner of M&P Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. Tom is a trusted engineer with experience in Structural, Forensic Evaluations, Marine, Geotechnical, Theatrical Equipment and Rigging, Environment, Petroleum Pipeline & Fueling Systems, and Wastewater treatment systems. Tom is a professional engineer licensed to practice in 14 states – New York, Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, Ohio and Wisconsin.
