Projects
Lexington Ave Armory, New York NY
Our services provided base mapping and traditional survey of the existing property. The facility was laser scanned to ensure the accuracy of the provided point cloud. The architectural team noticed errors in the data provided, and our team as able to confirm inaccuracies. We located marked utilities and identified the directors of manholes and drainage basins, opening all manholes to confirm the director and depth of flows, as well as the condition of the interior utilities. Additionally, we provided a hazardous material study, assessing quantities throughout the buildings in the areas that were to be disturbed and updated. We designed new flat roof areas over the building, using a cost-efficient liquid membrane roof that as both energy-efficient and compliant with all NYC building codes.
